All sleeping rooms and conference sessions will take place at The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, 130 Roosevelt Way, New Orleans, LA 70112. A hotel reservation will be booked on your behalf using the information provided when you register for the event. All room charges and taxes will be billed to the master account at the hotel. Incidentials and costs for nights booked outside of the event dates will be billed directly to the individual. If you do choose to arrive early or extend your stay, reservations will be made based on availability at the hotel. The group rate will be offered three days pre/post event. The group rate is $209 plus applicable taxes. All reservations must be confirmed by January 22, 2019 in order to secure the group rate.

Arrival / Departure Days
Please plan to arrive in time for the Welcome Reception at 6:00 pm on Monday, February 4, 2019. The Welcome Reception will be held in the Waldorf Astoria Ballroom, located on the Mezzanine level of the hotel. Presentations will kick off on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 8:30 am and will conclude by 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 7, 2019. All attendees are expected to stay for the full event and depart either Thursday evening or Friday morning.
Badge pick up will be available starting on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 12:00 pm in the Crescent Ballroom Foyer, located on the Mezzanine level.
Travel / Transportation
You are responsible for booking your own round trip air travel to the event. All attendees should plan to fly into Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. The airport is located 12 miles from the hotel (estimated 25 minutes). Airport transportation will not be pre-arranged for the event. Please plan to share a taxi or Uber/Lyft with fellow employees.
