Who is eligible to attend?

Ascend is the kickoff for the Fiscal '21, and it is primarily focused on preparing our Go to Market team to engage with customers. Monday begins the event with company wide content including executive keynotes and customer panel. All Sunnyvale employees are welcome to join the event on Monday, February 10 and we will livestream our main stage content for the whole company to participate. The event continues on Tuesday for the Go to Market team, ending Wednesday night. Partners, SE, and CS/PS teams will continue on Thursday for a half day of team breakouts.

Hotel (ThoughtSpot Employee's Only)
All sleeping rooms and conference sessions will take place at The Meritage Resort and Spa, 875 Bordeaux Way, Napa, CA 94558. A hotel reservation will be booked on your behalf using the information provided when you register for the event.  All room charges and taxes will be billed to the master account at the hotel. Incidentals and costs for nights booked outside of the event dates will be billed directly to the individual.  If you do choose to arrive early or extend your stay, reservations will be made based on availability at the hotel.  The group rate will be offered three days pre/post event. The group rate is $229 plus applicable taxes and fees. All reservations must be confirmed by January 16, 2020 in order to secure the group rate.  
 
Note: Partners, you will be responsible for room and tax charges upon arrival. Please include travel dates in the registration site and ThoughtSpot will secure sleeping accommodations on your behalf.
 
Arrival / Departure Days
Please book your flights (if required) prior to the start of registration. Plan to arrive at SFO, OAK, or the Sunnyvale office no later than 11:00 am on Monday, February 10, 2020 in order to attend a 2:00 pm Opening General Session. If you cannot arrive prior to 11:00 am on Monday, please plan your travel for Sunday arrival. The Welcome Reception will be held at the hotel. Presentations continue on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 8:30 am and will at 10:00 pm on Wednesday, February 12, 2019. SE, partner team members, and CS/PS roles should plan to stay for an extra half day on Thursday, February 13 for team breakouts. Departures from the hotel can take place anytime after 2pm. All Ascend attendees are expected to stay for the full event (February 10-12) and can depart Thursday morning. 

Badge pick up will be available starting on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 9:00 am in the Meritage Pre-Function.
 
Travel / Transportation
You are responsible for booking your own round trip air travel to the event.  All attendees should plan to fly into San Francisco International Airport or Oakland International Airport. The San Francisco Airport is located 55 miles from the hotel (estimated 1 hour, 21 minutes). The Oakland Airport is located 47 miles from the hotel (estimated 1 hour, 9 minutes). Airport transportation will be pre-arranged for the event for arrival and departure.
 
Group transportation will be provided to and from the Sunnyvale office for Monday's opening session, the transportation schedule will be distributed closer to the event date.
 
Dress Code
The dress code for this event is business casual. Please also bring clothes for light exercise, and semi-formal attire for the awards dinner.
