Unfortunately invitations are non transferable and should you not be able to attend, we are unable to accommodate any provisions outside this program.

You are invited to bring a guest inclusive of a spouse, significant other, family member or friend. Guests must be 18+ to attend.

Yes, ThoughtSpotters will be required to attend a short business meeting during the event. Details coming soon.

We comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We will fulfill reasonable requests for special accommodations made 30 days in advance. Because some types of accommodations can take several weeks to arrange, requests made less than 30 days prior to the event cannot be guaranteed. If you have a request after October 9 we'll work with you to find the best solution that's possible in the time we have.

While there’s no official dress code at President’s Club, we encourage resort casual for President’s Club evening activities. We would also recommend bringing flat shoes and bathing suits for the catamaran tour and to pack appropriate clothing according to your chosen activity. Hotel & Travel Information

After disembarking from the plane, proceed through Immigration. You must have your Mexican Customs Declaration and passport on hand. Proceed through customs and head outside the terminal to the staff holding the ThoughtSpot President’s Club sign. Please only accept a ride from the staff holding our signage.

Hotel check-in is 3:00 PM CST. We recommend you plan to arrive no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday as we will start with a Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM.

You can depart anytime on November 12.

Upon Arrival at Susurros del Corazón, you will be greeted by your Cuate, who will be at your service throughout your stay. The Cuate will take your luggage and escort you directly to your guest room. The hotel check in process takes place directly in your guest room. A credit card will be required during this process for any incidentals not covered as part of the event.

The hospitality desk will be in the Cantamar Room adjacent to the front drive. Please ensure you stop by the hospitality desk to pick up your name badge and other event materials between 10 AM - 6 PM on Thursday, November 9.

You should receive an email directly from Navan to book flights for you and your guest. Please book your flights no later than October 6th. Should you require any further assistance with booking flight, please email christopher.tsang@thoughtspot.com.

Punta Mita is primarily served by the Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) located about 19 miles (31 km) southeast of Punta Mita in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Ground Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel based on flight arrival times and departure times. Attendees will be grouped together based on arrival and departure flights.

ThoughtSpot will be covering hotel rooms, flights, ground transportation to and from the hote, arranged activities for each attendee and their guest and meals included in the program. Anything outside of the allowances provided or dates of the program will be covered by the individuals.

Yes, all are welcome to extend trips at their own expense.

To upgrade with points or mileage, you will have to do this with the airline directly. Depending on the airlines you may be required to call the airlines directly to request an upgrade with points/mileage, while others will allow self-serve upgrades online.

Yes, you can claim back the cost for travel to the airport however, where possible please use Uber4Business.

A valid passport book is required to enter Mexico by air, and those attempting to enter at an airport with a U.S. passport card only may be denied admission. A visa is not required for entry.
