The “Call for Speakers” deadline for Beyond 2023 is Friday, December 2, 2022 by 5 pm PST.

No. ThoughtSpot will provide hotel coverage and a complimentary Beyond 2023 conference pass (valued at $1,295).
Speakers will have the chance to be assisted by the ThoughtSpot team throughout Beyond. They will help speakers with: topic refinement, final session title and abstract, reviewing session outlines and drafts, checking the final deck, and providing feedback.
By submitting a speaker proposal and receiving approval from ThoughtSpot, you are authorizing ThoughtSpot to publish your name, company name, biography, and presentation summary in conference materials, including the show guide and event website.
Accepted speakers will present in a 30-minute breakout session and a 10-minute Q&A (total of 40 minutes), delivered by either a solo or multiple speakers. To ensure that Beyond attendees experience relevant and professional presentations, speakers are expected to prepare their presentations according to the guidelines and timelines provided by the ThoughtSpot team. Speakers will have access to the ThoughtSpot team to help shape the final content.
All proposals will be reviewed by an internal selection committee made up of ThoughtSpot employees that will deliberate all submissions after the deadline on December 2, 2022. This committee will look at the entire proposal to understand what to expect from their talk. This is where the synopsis really helps! After an evaluation period, everyone can expect to be notified by early January regarding the selection process.
Sure! You’re more than welcome to fill out the Call for Speakers form on behalf of someone else. We recommend that they are aware and contribute to their proposal since we will review all submissions and decide based on the information provided in the form.
